In the end, we act as our clients’ strategic partner. Each client works from their own personal communication plan to get where they want to go in their career and in their life.
In order to facilitate this process, the coach may:
- teach specific communication techniques
- model successful interactions
- rehearse with the client before big meeting, presentations or conversations
- role-play before key interviews or discussions
- act as a sounding board
- debrief after key events to celebrate victories and discover how to do it even better next time
