Her background as an actress in New York City peppers her training programs with enthusiasm and high energy. Twenty years of experience in the business world add depth of content and a commitment to imbedding practical skills in all of her programs.

Experienced in addressing issues of leadership and management development, personal growth and development, and change management, Patricia holds certifications as an instructor for Center for Creative Leadership’s 360° instrument Skillscope, Blessing-White’s career development programs, Franklin-Covey’s productivity programs, VitalSmart’s communications series, and related personal development tools. Shepherding a project from needs assessment through design/delivery/evaluation, she has also designed programs at the request of the client to enhance employees’ skills in the areas of writing, conflict management, team-building, and understanding others’ communication styles.

Having obtained her Masters in Organizational Management, she serves as faculty for the American Management Association and the University of Phoenix.
